New:
Change an order's ship date without cancelling and re-shipping
A wrong ship date no longer means undoing the shipment. Update the date from Order Actions > Edit, and Dx5 applies the new date to the order and to its inventory transactions so your records stay in step.
Why it matters: You fix the date in one edit instead of cancelling and re-shipping the order.
How to use it:
Open Order Actions > Edit on the order:
Check and Update Desired Ship Date:
Choose the new date and save.
If the order's current ship date falls in a closed books period, the edit is blocked.
Fixed:
Batch History shows the quantity and unit you entered
Previously, when users would apply raw materials to a batch in a different unit than its default unit, Batch History would show the incorrect unit. We fixed this to make sure Batch History shows exactly what was entered and consumed. When you add an ingredient in a different unit than the one its inventory is stored in, Batch History now shows exactly what you entered, for example 5,000 g. Inventory Transactions continue to show the depletion in the inventory's own unit.
