Bottling: Designate Export Bottles/Bottling Runs

To designate a completed bottling run as bottled for export:

• Navigate to Operations > Processing and select the tab for Bottling Records
• Click the hyperlinked (yellow) Bottling Name/Number
• Under Bottling Actions, at the top right, select Edit
• Select the bottom check box to designate the bottling for Export

Note: This change can be made at any time for completed bottlings, but items not initially bottled for export may be exported by completing a purchase order with a destination outside of the US. Any international recipient will automatically alert the system to the export of that particular PO, and record it as such -- no need to mark anything additional.
