Bug Fixes

• We've fixed storage profiles on the + Add Item form - previously, users reported that the Cancel button didn't cancel anything at all. This has been fixed, so cancel those storage profiles to your heart's desire.
  
  
• When spirit is in the storage account, users can no longer change batch types via Batch Actions > Edit if it would also result in changing reporting categories - the TTB tells us that's a big no-no.
  
  
• Fixes to the Barrel Actions > Receive Full Barrels form - previously, when using the CSV uploader, any commas included in the cost fields would do funky things to the cost after upload. We've decided to keep the funk with the drummers and upload costs as expected.
  
  
• The Operations > Overview page now only displays Processing Barrels when Processing Barrels are enabled. Clean views are happy views!
