Bug Fixes:

• Add Item Form: While the team was fixing the Add Item form issue on 08.26.21, they noticed that hitting Cancel on the Attach Supplies option was attaching those darn Cancelled Supplies anyway. We went ahead and squashed this issue before anyone (even me) hit it!
