08.12.21 Dx5 Release Notes

Enhancement:

• Australian Excise: This one's for our clients down under only - we've updated the Australian Excise Rate in Dx5 to correspond with the Rate Changes that went into effect on 8/2/2021. Dx5 Orders/Excise data from 8/1/21-earlier will display the past Rate, with Orders dated 8/2/21 or later showing the new Rate.
