What’s New

• Better cost verbiage on Finished Products and VAPs
  • “Unit Cost” has been changed to “Production Cost”
    
    
• Enhanced search functionality on the Empty Barrels List View (Operations > Storage > Barrels > Empty) including the ability to filter Empty Barrel results by Barrel #, Barrel Profile and Generation.
  
  
• Brace yourselves, this release is a biggie – Dx5 users are now able to name/rename Empty Barrels on the fly outside of a Barrel Fill action. Learn more about this new functionality here: Operations: Edit Empty Barrel Names/Numbers (Read Time: 2 mins)

Bug Fixes

• Inventory: Users experienced issues with depleting Raw Material/Supply inventories that were stored in a non-DSP Warehouse – consider this bug squashed.
  
  
• Contacts: When users were adding Secondary, Billing or Shipping Addresses to Contacts via the “Copy from Primary Address” option, the form was not populating the correct Country for the Contact Address. We cornered those gremlins in the basement and blew them to smithereens.
  
  
• Error Messaging: A small handful of users were observing JavaScript messaging on certain Dx5 forms – we’ve translated the entire system display to English.
  
  
• Batch Costing: We are now crunching the numbers a bit more accurately in certain situations where Bulk Spirit is withdrawn free of tax.
  
  
• Purchase Orders: Inventory items added to POs which should be tracked by “Weight” or “Volume” units were displaying by “Count” on Purchase Order Details pages/PDFs. This display issue has been around for a while, but we have officially retired this golden oldie – Inventory items added to POs will be displayed in the true Weight/Volume unit as expected from here on out.
