Are you properly generating and affixing all of your Finished Product case labels in compliance with the TTB?
Finished Product case labels, or case serial numbers, are required to be attached to the side of each case of spirit filled within your Processing Account. Per the 27 CFR § 19.489 - Marks On Cases Filled in Processing, requirements of case labels consists of (a) unique case serial number, (b) the kind of spirit contained within the case, (c) the DSP Number where product was bottled, (d) the date in which the case was filled, (e) the labeled proof at which the spirit was bottled, and (f) the volume of spirit (in liters or proof gallons) contained within the case.
It is also important to note the case label numbering convention defined in the 27 CFR § 19.490 - Numbering of Packages and Cases Filled in Processing:
"When a proprietor fills cases containing bottles or other containers of spirits during processing, the proprietor must identify the cases consecutively beginning with “1” and continuing the series until the number “1,000,000” is reached. When the identification in any series reaches “1,000,000”, the proprietor may begin a new series with “1” but must add an alphabetical prefix or suffix to the new series number. For example, the first identifier int he second series of 1,000,000 packages filled might be '1A' or 'A1'.
