Operations: Edit Barrel Information (Read Time: 2 Minutes)

If you need to update information of a specific barrel, such as the barrel profile, lot ID, cost, or other attributes, follow the steps below:

• Navigate to Operations > Storage/Processing > Barrels  
• Select into the barrel that needs to be updated

• Once in the batch details page, select Batch Actions > Edit

• Once in the edit batch page, you can make your updates as needed to the following items:
  • Batch Information
    • Name
    • Spirit Age
    • Batch Type (only batch types of the same spirit type and reporting category are available)
    • Batch Cost
  • Barrel Information
    • Barrel Number
    • Use Count/Generation
    • Barrel Profile
    • Owner Codes (if applicable)
    • Lot ID
    • Row
    • Height
    • Rack Depth
• Select update once your changes have been entered
