Operations: Edit Barrel Information

If you need to update information on a barreled batch, such as the barrel profile, lot id, or other attributes, follow the steps below:

• Navigate to Storage and/or Processing
• Select into the batch that needs to be updated
• Once in the batch, select Batch Actions > Edit
• Once in the edit batch page, you can make your updates as needed to the following items:
  
  • Batch Information
    • Name
    • Spirit Age
    • Batch Type (only batch types of the same spirit type and reporting category are available)
  • Barrel Information
    • Barrel Number
    • Use Count/Generation
    • Barrel Kind
    • Lot ID
    • Row
    • Height
    • Rack Depth
• Select update once your changes have been entered
