Operations: Receive Spirit In-Bond (Read Time: 2 mins)

To receive spirit in bond from another facility, you must first set up an in-bond product to receive.

To create an in-bond product:

• Navigate to Operations > Setup
• Click Setup Actions, on the top right, then click Add In-Bond Product
• Name the Product (i.e. NGS, Bourbon Whiskey) and select the Batch Types to which the Product may be linked
• Click Save In-Bond Product

To receive spirit:

• Navigate to Operations > Overview
• Click Receive Spirit from the top menu
• Complete the required fields on the receipt form
• To run a recipe or add materials to the deposited spirit upon deposit, check the Add Materials/Run Recipe checkbox at the bottom of the form
• Click Deposit
• If the Add Materials/Run Recipe option was selected before clicking Deposit, enter the Add to Batch option details on the following page.
