Operations: Add Spirit to Partially Filled Barrel (Read Time: 3 mins)

Note: This is the process for adding spirit from a vessel/tank, to any barrel with spirit already in it. If you are transferring spirit from a barrel into another barrel, see: Operations: Solera Transfer Process (Read Time: 4 mins)

• Navigate to Operations > Storage (or Operations > Processing) and click on the Barrels tab
• Find the barrel to which spirit should be added, either by the List view or by clicking into a barrel batch profile from the Grid view 
• Click the orange hyperlinked Batch Name/Number:

• From Batch Actions, at the top right, click the button to Add Spirit:
  

• Fill in the appropriate fields, selecting the Source Stage first, then choose the appropriate Source Vessel and volume of spirit added to the barrel (Note: Dx5 will only allow addition to the specified capacity of the barrel type used)

• Click the button to Add Spirit
