Sending finished product to your DSP's Tasting Room requires users to create new orders and ship the product, using your tasting room as the customer.
To create a new customer:
- Navigate to Contacts > Customers
- Click Add New Customer
- Fill out the form as required (we recommend "Tasting Room" as the name)
To create an order:
- Navigate to Fulfillment > Orders
- To the upper left, click the + Add New Order button
- Fill out the appropriate details, making sure to select Auto-Generate PO if you are not uploading your own
- Click Add Order
- The order will appear in your Pending Orders on the Order Overview screen.
- When ready, use the Quick Actions arrows on the right, and select Change Status to mark the order as Shipped.
