Fulfillment: Product for Tasting Room

Sending finished product to your DSP's Tasting Room requires users to create new orders and ship the product, using your tasting room as the customer.

To create a new customer:

• Navigate to Contacts > Customers
• Click Add New Customer
• Fill out the form as required (we recommend "Tasting Room" as the name)

To create an order:

• Navigate to Fulfillment > Orders
• To the upper left, click the + Add New Order button
• Fill out the appropriate details, making sure to select Auto-Generate PO if you are not uploading your own
• Click Add Order
• The order will appear in your Pending Orders on the Order Overview screen. 
• When ready, use the Quick Actions arrows on the right, and select Change Status to mark the order as Shipped.
